2. Fireside Treats; "The joys of camp ... mesmerised by the fire, singing and laughing, while toasting marshmallow to rich, gooey perfection." Although this candle is quite subtle, I really love it.

3. Christmas Cookie; "Buttery rich, vanilla scented, holiday sugar cookies." This candle smells quite sickly in the jar, but once it's burning it transforms into an absolutely delicious scent! It's as though someone has been baking cookies!

4. Cranberry Ice; "Refreshingly tart and sweet, A cool, stimulating rush of frosty red fruits bursting with a tangy sweetness." This is a really wonderful, fresh scent and is perfect for winter!

5. Candy Corn; "The familiar, sweet scent is a fond reminder of Halloween fun and treats." I love Yankee's food scents, so naturally this is one of my absolute favourites. It isn't too sweet and is perfect for Halloween!

6. Sweet Pea; "The sweet perfume of delicate blooms accented with hints of pear, peach, freesia and rosewood." This is another fresh scent that is perfect to burn whilst cleaning the house. It reminds me of baby powder, and is really perfect for clearing the mind.

7. Fuji Apple; "Straight from the orchard, the amazingly true scent of juicy apples picked fresh off the tree." This was a surprisingly strong candle, considering it is from the Simply Home range. It smells exactly like fresh fuji apples!

8. Icicles; "The crisp, winter forest scent of ice covered pine branches with tingly notes of spicy cinnamon." This is one of the new Christmas scents by Yankee this year, and I absolutely love it! It's very fresh and the notes of pine and spice is very appropriate for Winter!

9. Vanilla Cupcake; "The rich, creamy aroma of vanilla cupcakes with hints of lemon and lots of buttery icing." This is a very sweet candle, and isn't for those of you who aren't fans of slightly sickly scents. Having said that, I think it smells absolutely delicious and it perfect for any time of the year!

10. Black Cherry; "The absolutely delicious sweetness of rich, ripe black cherries." This was one of the first scents I ever bought from Yankee, and is still one of my favourites! It's rich, but also fresh at the same time, and is just absolutely lovely.

Before watching Frozen, I was very skeptical. As I hadn't watched any of Disney's newer releases (2011- now), I didn't think that I was going to enjoy it. I was completely wrong. After watching this in Physics for the first time a few months ago, I became hooked. I've been listening to the soundtrack and obsessing over merchandise ever since, so I thought that I would review it in an attempt to make others less skeptical too!

I've always been a huge Disney fan but, for whatever reason, I haven't been watching Disney's more recent films. So because of this, I was naturally skeptical of Disney's newest festive film that everyone had been raving about. I was wrong to be skeptical.

"Funny, whimsical and delightful to a fault, it is one of those movies that engages minds of all ages."

Firstly, the graphics are absolutely stunning. It's so wonderful to see how far Disney have advanced since they founded. If you have a Blu-ray player, I would definitely recommend getting the Blu-ray version for the best viewing experience. Secondly, the music is just as well written and catchy as always. If you know me, you'll know that I love Disney music. My love was not lessened by this movie.

"With its wonderful songs, spectacular animation, and heartwarming story, 'Frozen' ranks right up there with 'Beauty and the Beast and 'The Little Mermaid' in the Disney pantheon."

The story line is really very interesting, and I genuinely cared about the characters. Disney have created some wonderful Frozen merchandise too, which is a bonus. It's also wonderful to see that the Director of the film was a woman!

"Strong female leads are fitting, as "Frozen" marks the first time a female has occupied the director's chair in the 76 years of Disney animation features."

- The graphics are beautiful.

2. Lady and the Tramp (1955) "The romantic tale of a sheltered uptown Cocker Spaniel dog and a streetwise downtown Mutt." I'm a big fan of the classic animal Disney movies, so naturally this is one of my favourites!

3. The Lion King (1994) "Tricked into thinking that he caused the death of his own father, a young lion cub flees and abandons his destiny as the future king." This is probably my second favourite Disney film of all time, and I have no shame when I tell people that I know all of the words to all of the songs.

4. 101 Dalmatians (1961) "When a litter of dalmatian puppies are abducted by the minions of Cruella De Vil, the parents must find them before she uses them for a diabolical fashion statement." I loved to watch this as a child, and although I haven't watched it in a while, it still holds it's place in my top ten favourite Disney movies!

5. The Jungle Book (1967) "Bagheera the Panther and Baloo the Bear have a difficult time trying to convince a boy to leave the jungle for human civilization." This was another one of my favourites when I was younger. I've always really loved the music too!

6. Fantasia (1940) "A collection of animated interpretations of great works of Western classical music." This film is what sparked my interest in classical music. The colours, story and music always fascinated me, and I could watch this multiple times without becoming bored.

7. The Aristocats (1970) "With the help of a smooth talking tomcat, a family of Parisian felines set to inherit a fortune from their owner try to make it back home after a jealous butler kidnaps them and leaves them in the country." Although I haven't always been a huge fan of cats, I've always really enjoyed this film!

8. Dumbo (1941) "Ridiculed because of his enormous ears, a young circus elephant is assisted by a mouse to achieve his full potential." This is another one of my all time favourites. Although I didn't realise it when I was younger, Dumbo is a very inspiring movie, and always gives me a confidence boost.

9. The Fox and The Hound (1981) "Two childhood friends find themselves forced to become enemies." This film never fails to make me sob uncontrollably, but I love it none the less.

10. Lilo and Stitch (2002) "A Hawaiian girl adopts an unusual pet who is actually a notorious extra-terrestrial fugitive from the law." Lilo and Stitch will always be very, very close to my heart. It sparked my interest in Elvis too, so I'm really glad I watched it when I was younger.

A few months ago I finally purchased a 3DS XL. I picked the Animal Crossing New Leaf Special Edition 3DS XL because I loved the previous game, I was going to buy the new game anyway and I absolutely loved the design. I've being playing the game since I bought my 3DS and I feel like I've had enough time to form a solid opinion on it, so I've decided to review it!

Starting a new game can sometimes be daunting, but as I've found will all of the games in the Animal Crossing series, it's really easy to set up and get to grips with the game's controls. Although it took a long time to finally settle on a name for my town (Hyrule), as soon as I'd started playing, I couldn't stop. I always find myself playing it for hours without even checking the time.

The game is highly customisable, and it's very easy to tailor everything to suit your own needs. You can collect furniture from certain collections to make your house match perfectly, or you can use different collections to echo your personality. You can also personalise your town with your choice of public works projects.

New Leaf is a visually beautiful game, whether it's being played with 3D on or off. I love the sharp colours and animation style - it's definitely one of the reasons why I love the game so much. I also really love how the music, insects, weather and brightness changes depending on the season, weather and what time of day it is in the real world, making the game feel much more personalised.

2. Almond Hand Cream (£5 - 30ml / £11 - 100ml); "This effective daily hand cream cares for nails as well as hands and contains two manicurist’s essentials: sweet almond oil and panthenol." My hands have always been very soft, and I like to maintain this by using hand cream every night. I discovered this hand cream about a year ago, and have been repurchasing it ever since. It sinks in very quickly and leaves my skin feeling silky.

3. Honeymania Bubble Bath Melt (£8); "This indulgent bubble bath melt contains Community Fair Trade honey made from the nectar of thousands of wildflowers." I'd been thinking of buying the Laura Mercier Honey Bath, but as I'd never tried a bath melt before, I decided to try this cheaper alternative. It creates lots of silky honey scented bubbles that are very long lasting.

4. Passion Fruit Shower Gel (£4); "Soap free shower gel." This is one of my favourite scents however unfortunately, I think this scent has been discontinued, but I highly recommend all of The Body Shop's other shower gels!

5. Ginger Anti Dandruff Shampoo (£4.50); "This refreshing shampoo with ginger extract is perfect for dry scalps." My scalp is very sensitive, and it often reacts badly if I use too many products. When this happens, I like to use this shampoo, and within a few days my scalp will have completely healed and will be feeling fresh and clean.

6. Honeymania Body Scrub (£13); "This exfoliating body scrub has a rich, floral scent." I'm a huge fan of The Body Shop's scrubs, but this one is probably my favourite. The consistency of this body scrub is perfect; it's not too harsh but it still works very well. It's scent also lingers for hours afterwards!

7. Almond Shower Gel (£4); "It contains sweet almond oil." This was one of my favourite scents from The Body Shop, but unfortunately they discontinued it before I could buy some more! As I stated above however, I do recommend their other shower gels too!

8. Argan Oil Body Butter (£13); "Indulge in the most luxurious beauty ritual with this rich body moisturiser, enriched with organic Community Fair Trade argan oil from Morocco for dry skin." I I bought a mini version of this while in The Body Shop a few weeks ago as it's from their new Argan Oil range. As soon as I've finished that, I'll definitely be purchasing the full sized product. This smells absolutely delicious, and is far more indulgent than their other body butters!

9. Blueberry Lip Butter (£4); "This buttery balm melts onto the lips for instant hydration." I've never really had too much of an issue with my lips, but I like to keep them soft, so I like to use a lip balm/butter every night. I wanted to try out something from their blueberry range, so I decided to buy this as I hadn't tried any of The Body Shop's lip products before. It's moisturising, but doesn't make my lips feel sticky, so it's perfect to use at any time of the day!

10. Honeymania Eau de Toilette (£8.50); "Spritz on this light eau de toilette for deliciously floral-scented skin." I love this scent, and I like that it's not too strong to layer with other products too! It doesn't last very long on the skin, but I can still smell it on my clothes hours after I've applied it!

What books would you like to read?

Today I went to a little party with a few of my friends, and as we were going to be playing Mario Kart, I decided to make some themed snacks! They were easy to make and require very few ingredients, so I thought I'd share the recipe that I used!

You will need:

• Melt the butter in a large saucepan on a medium heat.

• Place the marshmallows into the pan.

• Heat until the marshmallows have completely melted.

• Stir well until the butter and marshmallows are well combined.

• (Optional) Add food colouring and/or sprinkles to the marshmallow mixture and stir until well combined.

• Remove the pan from the heat and add the rice krispies one cup at a time, stirring after each addition.

• Once you've added the desired amount of rice krispies, transfer the mixture into a lined baking tray.

• Evenly distribute the mixture with a spatula.

• Place another piece of baking paper on top of the tray and, using a similar sized baking tray, press down on the mixture to flatten it out.

• Place into the fridge to cool for at least two hours.

• Remove the mixture from the fridge and cut out using either a knife or cookie cutters of your choice.

• Enjoy! (Preferably on the same day)



Optional; - Melt some chocolate and drizzle over the treats with a small spoon!

2. Snow Fairy [v] (£3.50 - 100g / £6.85 - 250g / £10.95 - 500g); "Our best-selling (and smelling) holiday classic returns with the beloved scent of candyfloss and vanilla." This is, without a doubt, my favourite Lush shower gel because of how unique and wonderful the scent is. It lathers very well and leaves me smelling of pear drops without upsetting my oh-so sensitive skin. I'll definitely be treating myself to a couple of big bottles this Christmas!

3. Sandy Santa [v] (£4.50); "Sand and sugar work together to exfoliate the skin leaving you with a toned, glowing complexion." I've always been a fan of Lush's massage bars, so I was ecstatic when I came across this two-in-one exfoliating body butter. It's far less harsh than Lush's other scrubs, but still leaves the skin feeling so smooth that I don't feel like I need to moisturise afterwards. It's smell is pleasant, but hard to describe, so I'd recommend smelling it in store for yourself!

4. Butterball [v] (£2.50); "Once the cocoa butter pieces have melted, your skin will be coated by a light buttery film that smells good enough to eat." This is probably my all time favourite Lush product. It smells absolutely delicious, it makes my skin feel nourished and soft, and it's very cheap considering how luxurious it is.

5. Yuzu and Cocoa [v] (£3.25); "With moisturising coconut oil and shea butter, Yuzu and Cocoa has a mood-brightening colour and scent thanks to a blend of citrus oils, with a chocolatey undertone." This was one of the very first products I ever bought from Lush, and I still love it. It smells divine, and creates lots of long-lasting and silky bubbles. A little bit of this product goes a very long way!

6. Tea Tree Water [v] (£7.50); "Tea tree is antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial, so can help keep away the bacteria that can cause spots." I bought this product a fairly long time ago, but never really fell in love with it until very recently. It cools and calms my skin and really helps minimise the appearance of acne scarring. It's one of very few products that don't make my skin react, but I still don't use it around my eyes, as it can be drying. It also smells very refreshing, so it's perfect to use in the morning!

7. You’ve Been Mangoed [v] (£3.25); "The bright citrus fragrance of lemongrass, lime and lemon oils lifts the mood, while its mix of cocoa, avocado and mango butters are a rich treat for the skin." I don't usually gravitate towards citrus scented products, but I'd heard lots of good things about this product so I decided to smell it in store - I haven't looked back since. It makes my skin feel wonderful and it lasts for a long time (I never use the whole melt for one bath). I love using it with bath bombs that aren't particularly nourishing so that I can enjoy their scent without drying my skin out!

8. Cinders [v] (£2.45); "We combine crackling vegan candies with stimulating cinnamon leaf oil to recreate the warmth of the hearth." I don't really like most festive spicy scents, but I absolutely love this one. It has a really nice subtle and relaxing scent that lingers for hours. It's perfect to use before bed because of how warm and cosy it makes me feel!

9. Lord of Misrule [v] (£3.30); "Lord of Misrule brings mischievous revelry to the tub with a spicy herbal blend of patchouli and black pepper oil." This is the only product I've ever used from Lush's Halloween range, and after considering buying it for weeks, I bought it just before they sold out. It has a subtly spicy scent that is very soft and relaxing, and it turns the bath water into a beautiful rich wine colour with iridescent sparkles. I can't wait until this product is on sale again!

10. Strawberry Feels Forever (£5.75); "We've crushed fresh strawberries and infused hibiscus flowers for a fabulous fragrance, while lashings of butters and oils to make your skin velvety smooth." The scent of this massage bar is what really drew me in - strawberries and white chocolate. It reminds me of those little pink chocolate mice, so naturally I fell in love with it. It nourishes my skin and leaves it feeling and smelling absolutely divine for hours. However, I would not recommend it to people who do not like to wait for their moisturiser to dry, as it can take up to two hours before this has even started sinking into the skin.

I discovered this recipe a few months ago whilst searching for a "cheese-less mac & cheese recipe" (I've always loved the way mac & cheese looks, but I hate cheese), and have fallen head-over-heels in love with it ever since. It's delicious, very filling and 100% vegan friendly!

You will need:

- ½ pound / 260 grams of macaroni

- ¾ cup / 100 grams of cashews that have been soaked in warm water for two hours

- 2 teaspoons of olive oil

- 1 diced yellow onion

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 2 cups of vegetable stock

- 1½ tablespoons of corn starch

- 1 roasted red pepper

- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

- 1½ teaspoons of italian seasoning

- ½ teaspoon of salt

- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

• Oven roast the pepper at 500 °F / 260 °C / Gas Mark 10 for five minutes.

• Place the pepper in a bowl and seal tightly with cling film.

• Leave to cool for ten minutes.

• Peel the pepper gently and remove the seeds.

• Sauté the onions in oil with a pinch of salt on medium heat until they turn translucent.

• Add the garlic and sauté for a further thirty seconds.

• Transfer the onion and garlic into a food blender.

• Boil some water in a saucepan and begin cooking your macaroni according to the directions given on the packet.

• Drain the cashews and add them to the blender.

• Add the vegetable stock, corn starch, pepper, tomato purée, seasoning, salt and mustard and blend until very smooth.

• Transfer the mixture into a large saucepan and thicken on a medium heat for ten to fifteen minutes.

• Add the pasta to the sauce, mix well and serve!

Optional; - Roast some broccoli in olive oil and garlic salt for twenty minutes at 400 °F / 204 °C / Gas Mark 6 and serve with your pasta!

- Bake at 350 °F / 180 °C / Gas Mark 4 for twenty minutes to create a slight crust!
